Day 1 (08th of September)
Arrivals / Hotel Check-in
Visitors will be accommodated at the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai Hotel from September 8–13. For early arrivals, information about the city of Shenzhen will be provided. The conference and tours will take place on September 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, with the check-out date on September 13. Visitors who wish to extend their stay beyond this date will be responsible for their own hotel accommodation fees in Shenzhen.

Conference & Gala Party
A total of 9 seminars on dairy food safety will take place between 10:00 and 17:00. Booklets of this seminar series will be shared with participants during the conference. The program will include two coffee breaks and one lunch. In the evening, after the seminars, participants will gather for dinner followed by a gala party.
Day 4 (11th of September)
Yue Xiu Dairy Factory & Farm Visit
Yue Xiu Dairy Factory & Farm founded in 1865, total 2500 cows in farms, annual milk production is about 300,000 tons, it is currently the oldest dairy pubic company in China that integrates dairy cow breeding, dairy product processing and sales into the entire industrial chain. It is also the only dairy company in Guangzhou with the entire animal husbandry and industrial chain developed in the city.

Day 5 (12th of September)
Shenzhen City Tour
The name “Shenzhen” literally means “deep drains” or “deep ditch,” referring to the paddy fields and water channels that once characterized the region. Historically, it was a small fishing village, but today Shenzhen is known as China’s “Silicon Valley” — a global hub for innovation, technology, and modern urban development.
Nanyao Yijing Palace Banquet
Nanyao Yijing Palace Banquet is Shenzhen’s only large-scale immersive palace banquet drama project, located
within 3 kilometers of the hotel. The project focuses on “palace culture + live performance + culinary experience.”
Through scene-based spatial design, actor interaction, and plot interpretation, the audience can immerse
themselves in the atmosphere of ancient palace drama while enjoying palace cuisine, creating a sense of time travel.
Before the meal, diners held silver coins, played various games, and interacted with the characters.
Splendid China Folk Village
Splendid China Folk Village is a unique cultural theme park that showcases the essence of China’s rich heritage in
one place. Here, you’ll explore miniature replicas of China’s most famous landmarks—like the Great Wall and
Forbidden City—alongside vibrant live performances of traditional dances, music, and ethnic customs. The park is
